How long will it take to receive my software license after purchasing?
You will receive an email with your software license immediately after purchasing.
I paid for my software license but didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Sometimes, important emails can end up in Spam or Junk folders by mistake. So, check those folders.
If you still cannot locate our email or have accidentally entered a wrong email address during purchasing, contact us.
How many computers can I use per purchased software license?
You can use the purchased software license on more than one computer, but only on one computer at a time.
Always deactivate the license on one computer before activating the same license on another computer. Remember that you can only activate and deactivate Avontus Designer software license four (4) times on a single day.
Must I have an active Internet connection to use the software?
You need an active Internet connection throughout your trial period or if you want to activate the purchased software via Activate Online feature.
If you don’t have an active Internet connection or are unable to use Activate Online feature, request a manual activation code instead.
